For beginners and experts - Every Wednesday evening from 7.30pm to 8.30pm
RATES:
  • LESSON WITH AN INSTRUCTOR AND EQUIPMENT RENTAL: €30
  • LESSON WITH INSTRUCTOR AND PERSONAL MATERIAL: 25 €
  • ONLY TRAINING WITH PERSONAL EQUIPMENT: 15 €
PARTICIPANTS: MIN 4 PEOPLE - MAX 8 PEOPLE per evening

Also in 2022 the partnership between the Friuli Kayak School and the Atlantis Acqua Center swimming pool in Gemona del Friuli is proposed again.

Then the group lessons begin to learn the maneuver of the eskimo, a fundamental technique for all kayaks.

During the lessons you will learn or review fundamental techniques such as:

  • BRACE STROKE

  • C2C/SWEEP ESKIMO ROLL

And more advanced techniques such as:

  • HAND ROLL ESKIMO

  • BACK DECK ROLL
